The University City Boulevard Merchants Association presents the 2016 Halloween Carnival at University Mall on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
Join us at the University Mall for some pre-Halloween Trick or Treating. There will be pumpkins to decorate, a professional face painter, balloons, spooky-fun activity stations, craft building with Home Depot and of course lot's of CANDY!
This is being sponsored by the University City Boulevard Merchants Association and is 100% FREE!
