Description:
YMCA at Virginia Tech offers the Creative Movement for Homeschoolers 12 Week Class starting on Monday, September 12, 2016 meeting from 4:30-5:30 pm weekly in the YMCA Dance Room.

This class for children aged 6 to 10 will focus on creative exploration, basic modern dance terminology, musicality and joyful expression. We’ll explore a different movement concept each week, and will have a very informal performance for friends and family on the last day of class to show what we’ve learned!

The instructor is Rachel Rugh and the class will meet on Mondays for 12 weeks starting on 9/12/16.

Note: Drop-In weekly classes are also available at $12 per class.
