The 2026 New River Valley Fair continues on Thursday, July 30, 2026 featuring the 4-Wheeler Rodeo. The New River Valley Fair will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 through Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the New River Valley Fairgrounds in Dublin, VA.

Thursday Schedule of Events:
• 5:00 PM: Gates and Rides Open
• 5:30-10:15 PM: Jaycees Bingo ($1.00 per game) with Cash Prizes
• 7:30 PM: Noah Spencer inside Wysor Building (Free)
• 7:30 PM: 4-Wheeler Rodeo at Main Arena (Free)

The New River Valley Fair with this year's theme "Country Pride - NRV Wide" features sone of the best nightly entertainment of the summer including some of your favorite carnival rides from Cole Shows, a huge variety of fair foods, competitive exhibits, agricultural activities, Buffalo Beals Petting Zoo and much more! Enjoy six days of fun at the New River Valley Fair, a true country fair since 1872.

On Thursday, enjoy the 4-Wheeler Rodeo featuring 4-wheelers, dirt bikes and ATVs, and time permitting a jackpot drag race (cash only). Registration is available to enter the 4-Wheeler Rodeo at: https://secure.tracksideprereg.com//nrvfairatvrodeo/index.asp.

Noah Spencer is an up and coming musician from Richlands in Southwest Virginia. He brings a genuine passion to the stage with a voice that's both soft and smooth, but also gritty and soulful. His shows cover a wide range of styles from country to rock, Americana, pop, and gospel. He enjoys singing and playing guitar, drums, piano and the ukulele. He loves to entertain and is always ready to play.

Noah was also a contestant and starred on NBC's "The Voice" in Season 24 advancing to the playoff rounds.

Noah started singing in church when he was 5 years old and picked up his first guitar when he was 11. From there he also picked up drums, piano, bass and even ukulele. He stays busy year round with school and sports, but his ultimate passion is playing music and performing any time he has the chance. His musical influences are broad and include artists from many genres including David Crowder, Shane and Shane, Zac Brown, John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Tyler Childers, Chris Stapleton and Jack Johnson just to name a few.

Gate admission allows you entry into the fair and rides are an additional cost. You can purchase a Pay-One-Price Wristband to ride unlimited rides or purchase individual tickets to ride a specific number of rides. All entertainment with the exception of Saturday's Bulls & Barrels show ($10.00 entry) are included with gate admission.

Unlimited Ride Wristbands are available for any day of the Fair for $25.00 when purchased online through Monday, July 27th by 5:00 PM or $30.00 at the Fair.
