Blacksburg Wine Lab presents "Think & Drink: Teas Around the World" on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

Join us for an enlightening evening as Virginia Tech Professor Stewart Scales leads a guided exploration of the world’s second most popular beverage: tea.

This engaging and interactive session will cover:
• A global history of tea
• Tea biogeography and major growing regions
• How production methods shape flavor and aroma
• Brewing techniques to bring out the best in each style

Participants will sample a few teas to gain a deeper understanding of how climate, culture, and craft come together in every cup.

Tickets are $20.00 per person.
