Claytor Lake State Park presents the program "Creepy Crawlies" on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Happy Halloween! There are all kinds of spooky critters in the woods. With a warm campfire, s'mores, and some candy, our rangers will talk creepy crawlies, night flyers, and other animals that dwell in the dark. After, we'll go for a night hike to see what's lurking in the woods around us.

Park rangers will be handing out candy during the Creepy Crawlies program.

The event is free, but the $7.00 parking fee applies.

A flashlight, good walking shoes, and a Halloween costume are recommended for tonight's activities.

Claytor Lake State Park is located at 6620 Ben H. Bolen Drive in Dublin, VA.
