The Meadowbrook Public Library presents the program "The Do's and Don't of Canning" on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
Want to know how to can all the vegetables and fruits for the coming season? Dawn Barnes, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent, will address The Science of Canning. Learn about the science and ‘how to’ of pressure canning, boiling water bath, and steam canning.
Admission is free though registration is required.
