The Montgomery Museum of Art & History is bringing back "The Art of Happiness" during May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month. We are offering self-help coping tactics and strategies by using art exhibits, materials, and spaces as helpful tools to address emotional well-being. This interactive series will focus on aspects of positive psychology and the role that art can play in general happiness.

On May 25th, the program is "Worry Stones". Create and decorate a pocket-sized stone to keep with you when you feel overwhelmed.

Admission is free and all materials will be provided by the museum though registration is required.
