Hotel Floyd continues their Music in the Mountains 2022 Concert Series with Zarain Peace on Thursday, May 26, 2022.

Join us for music and fun at our summer concert series, Music in the Mountains! This is a weekly family friendly event, held Thursdays from May 5th - September 29th. Every week different talented musicians will be performing in the Hotel Floyd Amphitheater, right in the heart of Floyd, Virginia! Best part? It's absolutely free! Don't miss out!

Zarain Peace (they/them) has been a musical journeyer and student of song for nearly 40 years, and began composing for guitar as a young teen. They toured and recorded professionally as lead guitarist for the Charlotte-based alt-punk band Sugarsmack in the 1990s, but their roots and heart has always been with folk idioms, interpreted through original words and melodies, as reflected in their current acoustic guitar and vocal style.
