What if Tina Turner had a sonic baby with Lenny Kravitz? They'd probably call it Doby! Doby, a funk/soul outfit from North Carolina, has the groove to get the crowd to move! Whether you want an energetic original band or you need a fun cover band with an extensive popular song list, Doby is bound to get the party started.

Doby's live performance is just what the doctor ordered! Lead singer and official crowd motivator Robin Easter, brings the enthusiasm of a Tina or Aretha, while being complimented by one of the funkiest groups of musicians around. Whether it is a solid funk groove, a soulful ballad, or simply a rocking guitar solo that gets you moving, Doby is sure to please. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Doby has shared the stage with acts such as Questlove, Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk, The New Mastersounds, DJ Logic, Lake Street Dive, Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band, Big Something, The Broadcast, Who's Bad, and many more. Doby has appeared at festivals including Floydfest, Smilefest, National Folk Fest, Camp Barefoot, Floyd Fandango, Groverfest, Summer on Trade, MUSEP, Ribfest & City Market to name a few.
