The YMCA at Virginia Tech presents Meals on Main, a free meals and snacks program for local children, every Friday from 4:00-6:00 pm in the YMCA parking lot.

Families in need across the New River Valley are invited to pick-up a five days worth of shelf stable meals, snacks, juice and milk. On Fridays, special fresh cooked meals will also be available while supplies last.

The YMCA at Virginia Tech offers Meals On Main for all children under 18 in the New River Valley twice a week, on Monday's at Prices Fork Elementary and on Friday's at the YMCA parking lot, every week. Due to COVID-19 there are no restrictions on who can participate so meals for children are available for any and all who have a need.

Through our Meals on Main initiative, the YMCA at Virginia Tech hopes to help relieve some of the pressure faced by families due to the current pandemic. Please help us spread the word!

Available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.

Please wear a mask or face covering while collecting your bag of meals. Y volunteers and staff members will supervise the program from a short distance away, reducing the possibility of exposure and increasing the safety of everyone involved.
