In the early 1900s, segregation and discrimination were an ongoing battle for the black community around the country. Hidden amongst the facade of “separate but equal” injustices against blacks perpetrated America. But unforeseen, a hero was birthed in the small town of Pulaski, Virginia who would make his life’s work a fight against racial discrimination.

"Quiet Courage" is the story of Chauncey Harmon, Sr. and his fight for the equalization of salaries and facilities for African Americans. It is the story of one man’s journey and the path he helped lay for equal rights in the community in which he was raised and later served.

Tickets are $10.00 per person.
