The Virginia Tech Department of Human Development and Family Science presents Memory Masterclass for Ages 55 & up meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 pm starting on Monday, February 15, 2021 through Wednesday, March 24, 2021.

Designed for adults 55+ interested in maximizing brain health and those diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Memory Masterclass will present the leading research in brain health and practical steps that you can take to move towards a healthier brain. Memory Masterclass is not only a class to learn more about the ways in which memory changes, but it is a space to connect with other senior adults.

This Spring, Memory Masterclass will meet on Zoom, every Monday and Wednesday from February 15th - March 24th from 4:00-5:00 pm with Sara Amos.
