CHP Homeownership presents Homebuyer Education Class on Saturday, February 8, 2020.

Buying your first home, or just overwhelmed with the process? Let us help you become more knowledgeable and feel at ease during the home buying process.

During this class, you will learn the many aspects of the home buying process including: how to find a real estate agent; determining an affordable purchase price; dealing with credit issues; qualifying for a loan; comparing loan programs; negotiating a purchase; applying for a mortgage; home maintenance; and foreclosure prevention.

This class is located at CHP Homeownership which is located at 448 Depot Street NE in Christiansburg, VA.
