Description:
The Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech continues their Walk or Talk series with the "Fundamental Movements for Daily Life (and Gardening!)" on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.

Join the owners of TREBEL School of Fitness, Carol Beliveau and Jesse Hilmandolar, for a brief overview of some foundational movements that might help you in your daily life either inside your home/workplace or outside in your garden.

Our goal is rethinking exercise and building a better approach, exercise is great, but it shouldn't injure you.

All Wednesday 'Walk or Talks' start at 12:00 pm and will meet at the pavilion.

We will be handing out Visitor Passes in the parking lot before the talk. So come early to grab a pass and find a place to park before the talk begins.
