As part of Blacksburg Sustainability Week 2018, the Hahn Horticulture Garden hosts "Simply Elemental - Mindfulness in the Garden" on Wednesday, September 19, 2018.

Elizabeth Spillman of Mindful Arts will lead a free Tai Chi class in the garden. It will be followed by an introduction to mindfulness and a guided meditation with Amy Epperley, Assistant Director of Hokie Wellness. Join us for a relaxing lunchtime break to learn more about these important practices.

The class will be held indoors at the Peggy Lee Hahn Garden Pavilion if the weather doesn’t cooperate.

The class is free and open for anyone to attend.

Blacksburg Sustainability Week, a collaboration between Sustainable Blacksburg, the Town of Blacksburg and Virginia Tech is celebrating its 12th year in 2018.
