Star City Sounds Chorus presents Love Songs A Capella Barbershop Style on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Vinton War Memorial.

"This is a Love" is an a cappella performance of timeless love songs.

A raffle with a wonderful assortment of items will be held at the show. Please purchase your show tickets and raffle tickets with cash.

Tickets are $10.00 for adults and children ages 7-12 are $5.00. Children under 7 are free.

?Since 2006, Star City Sounds has been serenading the Roanoke Valley with their unique all-female barbershop sound and harmony.

While the phrase "barbershop singing" might bring ?straw hats and "The Music Man" to your mind, women's barbershop is simply an alternate style of a capella where the alto voice carries the melody instead of the soprano.
