Description:
Japanese Cultural Association at Virginia Tech presents their 2018 Virginia Tech Culture Show titled "Lost Flower" on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the Haymarket Theater inside the Squires Student Center.
Inspired by the Studio Ghibli movie, "Spirited Away", the story follows Kasumi, a girl who gets trapped in the spirit world along with her parents in what seems to be an abandoned theme park. She meets the mysterious Ishi, who guides Kasumi to safety and helps in her journey to save herself and her parents.
Join us for traditional and modern Japanese performances interspersed within the script! Will Kasumi be able to return to the human world? Come find out!
Admission is free and all are welcome.
We will be having raffles during intermission so don't miss out!
Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:00 pm.
