Hope and Hot Chocolate is a special program for people experiencing loss and grief during the holiday season. With the practical guidance of grief professionals, Hope and Hot Chocolate emphasizes ways to identify and meet your own emotional needs while enjoying the meaning of the holiday season.

Light refreshments will be provided.
