Virginia Tech's Office of Sustainability and Sustainable Blacksburg present the program "Rocky Forge Wind - Virginia's First Wind Farm" as part of the 2017 Blacksburg Sustainability Week on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in room 170 at the New Classroom Building on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Virginia’s first wind energy farm is actively being developed in Botetourt County and is expected to power up to 20,000 homes annually. Join the Office of Sustainability and Apex Clean Energy to learn more about the project, long-term economic and environmental benefits, and to meet the team behind the development.

All are welcome.

The New Classroom Building is located at 1455 Perry Street on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
