Description:
The Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech presents a Artisan Bread Workshop with Mark Moritz on Thursday, November 16, 2017.

Mark Moritz is an Executive Chef Senior at Turner Place.

Anybody can learn the art of breadmaking. Join us for this hands-on workshop in which the very talented and dynamic Executive Chef, Mark Moritz, will lead us through the steps of creating amazing artisan bread with wild yeast.

The cost of the class is $15.00 for the general public and $10.00 for Friends of the Garden members. The fee includes all supplies.

Participants must pre-register by Monday, November 13, 2017. Space is limited to 14 participants.
