Draper Mercantile and Trading Company presents their Appalachian Admiration Five-Course Dinner on Friday, July 28, 2017 and Saturday, July 29, 2017.

Experience food in a way you never have before - in our eight-week Chef's Table Series we collide food with art, passion and expertise. With each of the five courses hand-crafted by our renown Chef T, not only will you get to tastes amazing flavor profiles you would have never imagined, you will also get to hear about each course from the Chef herself as she explains to you her inspiration and innovation.

For this week's installment our "Under the Tuscany Sun (A Mid-Summer Night)'s" will take you straight to Italy. Explore new flavors of one of the worlds most popular and desirable food. Available Friday and Saturday evening with reservations from 6:00-7:00 pm.

This five-course dinner is entirely customizable - let us know which foods you dislike and we'll make sure they don't make it to the plate. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan? Our Chef will prepare a dinner with all dietary needs in mind.

Also enjoy live music from Frank Lionetti and Flip Shoemakeer playing live Friday night and Johnny Cake and the Lunch Truck playing live Saturday night.

Each five course dinner is $65.00 with the option to add wine pairs for an additional $20.00.

Not in the mood for the upscale dining experience? Come by, enjoy the music, and try one of our "Weekend Suppers" - simple but delicious fare. Enjoy family classics like fried chicken, ribs, pulled pork, meatloaf and lasagna including a side salad with prices ranging from $15.00-$17.00.
