Blacksburg Parks & Rec and the Virginia Tech Chapter of Circle K present the 2016 Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Blacksburg Community Center.

This annual event is a fun and safe observance of Halloween. The event includes carnival games, candy and prizes.

The event is for preschool and elementary aged trick-or-treaters.

Admission is $2.00.
