• 9:00 am: Music prior to the program by the Pulaski County High School Band and bagpiper Andrew Shields Meeks
• 9:30 am:
- Welcome / Guest Recognition
- Invocation from Mike Honaker
- Posting the Colors by Boy Scouts and National Anthem
- Pledge of Allegiance led by Colonel Dallas Cox, US Army (retired)
- Singing of America led by River of Life Church members
- Roll Call of Veterans by service
- Speaker Elliott Hogge, Ruritan National President 2013-2014
- Placing of Wreaths
- Retire the Colors by Boy Scouts
- Taps

The Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery is one of three state veterans cemeteries operated by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services.
