Description:
The Fine Arts Center for the New River Valley presents the 2016 and 19th Annual Claytor Lake Beach Festival on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm at Claytor Lake State Park.
Enjoy fun for the whole family from a wide assortment of activities, events and performances with a grand fireworks finale.

• Arts & Crafts
• Food Vendors
• Old Dominion Historical Fire Truck Drive In
• Car & Motorcycle Show
• Everett Lee Yearout, Jr. Adult / Youth Fishing Tournament and Essay Contest
• Coast Guard Auxiliary Search & Rescue
• Claytor Lake Sailing Association
• Remote Control Airplanes
• Wine Tasting
• Entertainment with a Wohlfahrt Haus Mini Performance of “Country Roads”
• Live Music performed by Triple Play Band, Part Time Party Time Band
and Southern Nights Band
The Southern Nights Band will take the stage just before the fireworks and will resume playing after the fireworks extravaganza provided by Grucci at dusk.
Entertainment Schedule:
• 10:00 am - 1:00 pm - Coast Guard Auxiliary Water Search & Rescue Demonstrations
• 10:00 am - 2:30 pm - Car & Motorcycle Show
• 11:45 am - Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre Mini Performance of "Country Roads"
• 12:45 pm - Triple Play Band (Beach Music)
• 3:45 pm - Part Time Party Time Band (Beach Music)
• 8:15 pm - Southern Nights Band
A free Shuttle Bus service will start at 6 pm from Dublin Wal-Mart parking lot.
There is a parking fee of $10.00 or $5.00 and 5 cans of food that will be donated to a local food bank.
The Claytor Lake Festival is a annual community event which helps contribute to art education programs of the Fine Arts Center for the New River Valley.
