622 North welcomes The Primate Fiasco to the stage on Friday, September 11, 2015.

The Primate Fiasco plays the instruments of a New Orleans street band (Tuba, Banjo, accordion, Sax, Drums) but they don't let that limit them to old-time jazz. Their high energy "brasstronica" jams are tested and approved for late night festival stages while the lyrics infiltrate the hearts of even the toughest critics. Add a Grammy nominated kids CD and the ability to perform high energy street shows and what you get is a band that fears no audience.

They're veterans of some of the biggest festivals as well as elite secret parties. Having shared the stage with jazz greats, folk legends, and jam band main-stays, their favorite venue is still a street corner at any festival campground.
