Description:
The Sapphire Ballroom & Dance Center presents Shaggin' @ Sapphire on Saturday, June 6th.

Learn to Carolina Shag, enjoy a BBQ dinner provided by Heathwood Market, and dance the night away to beach music... the perfect summer event! With both beginner and intermediate workshops to choose from, it doesn’t matter if you are just now sticking your toes in the sand (beginner shagger) or an official beach bum (intermediate shagger).

Schedule:
• 2:00-3:00 pm: Carolina Shag 101 Class
• 3:15-4:15 pm: Gettin' that Shaggin' Style Class
• 4:30-5:30 pm: Brilliantly Shiny Mirror Pattenrs Class
• 5:30 pm: BBQ Dinner
• 7:30 pm: Dance Party

Join us for part or all of this day dedicated to the "Swing of the South."

Admission and fees for the instruction vary depending on which part of the event you attend.

The Package includes:
• 3 hours of instruction per person
• admission to the Dance Party
• Entry into Door Prize Drawing (must be present at Dance Party to win)

The package is $35 per person for early registration by June 3, 2015 or $45 at the door.

The BBQ Dinner will be provided by Hethwood Mark and is $16 per person.

If you can't come to the workshops and/or dinner, you can still come to the Dance Party. The Dance Party is included in The Package and is $15 for general public and $8 for full time Sapphire Ballroom students.
