Description:
The Blacksburg Library presents the Spring Nature Study Series: Who are your feathered neighbors? on Wednesday, January 28th.
The best birding begins at home when you learn about the regular visitors you can get to your feeders, birdbaths and birdhouses. This program will provide an opportunity for you to become familiar with the most common birds you are likely to see in your backyard. Learn about the characteristics used to identify them and listen to their winter songs.
The Spring Nature Study Series will be offered every other week and presented by members of the New River Valley Chapter of the Virginia Master Naturalist Program.
Adults, teens, and children at the 4th grade level and above are invited to attend. No registration required.
