622 North welcomes Ripejive and RTFM to the stage on Saturday, October 25, 2014.

This concert is also a benefit to honor the life of Steve Clarke who left us too soon. Steve was an employee at 622 North. A portion of the proceeds will go directly to the Clarke family trust.

Ripejive is a Blacksburg, Virginia based quartet performing original, instrumental funk and soul music. Ripejive lends an old school vibe to original compositions.

RTFM is a DJ / Drummer duo in the New River Valley area of Southwest Virginia. Taylor Fondren occasionally plays solo DJ sets in and around Blacksburg, while Robert Prescott also plays drums with Funk Punch, based out of Roanoke. We like to bring a mix of glitch-hop, drum and bass, house, and breakbeat styles, but always with funky grooves and plenty of bass!
