Chateau Morrisette welcomes American Roots to their Sunday Sounds Concert Series.

American Roots are a local guitar and harmony-vocal duo from Blacksburg who have been performing in the area in one form or another for about 20 years. Fred and Jon Benfield took the name American Roots because it describes the music they enjoy performing.

Bring the family on Sunday afternoons through October for live music in the courtyard at Chateau Morrisette for no charge. Local and regional musicians and entertainers will brighten up your day.

Grilled foods, soft drinks and wine available for purchase beginning at noon or bring your own picnic. And remember to bring seating.
