This duo delivers! Ragtop is the Roanoke, Virginia based duo act of Jim and Renee Oliphant. They perform acoustic Classic and Folk Rock, New Country, Blues and American Standards. This duo delivers! In 2013 RagTop performed 180 shows including multiple TV and radio appearances.
