The Jacksonville Center for the Arts offers the three-day class "Watercolor Batik" starting on Friday, August 1st through Sunday, August 3rd from 9 am - 5 pm each day.

Bonnie’s technique of batik is a process of layers of watercolor paint and paraffin wax on Ginwashi rice paper, which is fun and challenging. She will reach you the process step by step and as the layers of wax and color builds it becomes more difficult to see the image and colors, but you will be completely surprised at how great your painting looks at the end!
