Description:
On Saturday, June 15th 5-8pm, The Jacksonville Center for the Arts will host a Meet-the-Artist reception highlighting the Hayloft and Breezeway Gallery exhibits.

The Hayloft gallery exhibit, Chiaroscuro, will feature artwork using the Chiaroscuro style. Chiaroscuro was developed during the Renaissance and opened the doors to a plethora of powerful art with strong contrasting light and shadows. The Breezeway exhibit will feature the artwork from students at Floyd County High School.

There is no admission fee to receptions or exhibits although donations are accepted.

The Jax is located at 220 Parkway Lane South in Floyd, ½ mile south of the stoplight on Route 8. Regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 10-5pm and Sunday, 12-5pm.
