Join Gourmet Pantry for a class on Cooking with Fish on July 19th.
More and more people are discovering not only the immense health benefits of eating seafood, but the delightful taste it brings to your table. But many people are stuck in a rut with their seafood preparation, and their favorite fish soon becomes tiring. This class talks about choosing new and unusual varieties of fish, and how to cook fish in new and tasty ways.
Classes begin at 6:15 pm, seating at 6:00 pm. Classes last between 2 to 2 1/2 hours. For all classes, food will be served. (For some classes a full meal, and others an appetizer menu.) Recipes and Menus will be provided.
Gourmet Pantry reserves the right to cancel any class due to low attendance. You will have the option to reschedule for a different class or receive a full refund.
