Join Gourmet Pantry for a class on Knife Skills on July 10th.
Knife skills aren’t just important for chefs but are also invaluable to the home cook! Cut down on your preparation time and achieve better results with everything from vegetables to a whole chicken! Learn to efficiently and safely chop, cut slice and dice!
In this class we will help you to handle a knife with art and skill and give you an inside edge on how knives are made, choosing the right knife for the right task, and how to care for your knives so that they will last a lifetime!
Classes begin at 6:15 pm, seating at 6:00 pm. Classes last between 2 to 2 1/2 hours. For all classes, food will be served. (For some classes a full meal, and others an appetizer menu.) Recipes and Menus will be provided.
Gourmet Pantry reserves the right to cancel any class due to low attendance. You will have the option to reschedule for a different class or receive a full refund.
