The 2012 Summer Arts Festival welcomes bluegrass band County Connection to the Friday Night Out Concert Series on Henderson Lawn.
County Connection is a four piece bluegrass band from Southwest Virginia with Pam Landreth on bass, Frank Garman on guitar, Garry Williams on banjo and Melvin Linkous on fiddle.

The concerts will be located on Henderson Lawn (Corner of Main St. & College Avenue in downtown Blacksburg) this Summer.
The rain site for all concerts is in the Old Dominion Ballroom, located on the first floor of the Squires Student Center.
All concerts are presented by the Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts & Cinema and the Town of Blacksburg as part of the Summer Arts Festival. The Summer Arts Festival also will receive partial support from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
