The City of Radford presents their 14th Annual Memorial Day Remembrance and Celebration on Monday, May 28th at the Bisset Park Gazebo.

The program includes:
- The dramatic "Field of Crosses"
- Music by the Radford High School band and choir
- 21 Gun Salute by VFW Post 776
- Taps by Bugler Gary Jackson
- Reading of names of Radford's 59 war dead
- Words from Radford Mayor Bruce Brown, Delegate Joseph Yost, RAAP Commander LTC Byron Penland and Rev. Don Shelor.

Sponsors include the VFW Post 776, American Legion Post 30, Dublin-Radford Ruritan Club, Vietnam Veterans, The Radford News Journal, WRAD AM 1460 and the NRV American Red Cross.
