The Christiansburg Aquatic Center and Greenhouse Boardshop present the Skateboard Showdown 2024 on Saturday, April 27 at the Christiansburg Skate Park. Event Schedule: • 12:00 PM: Competition Registration • 1:00 PM: Competition Begins Once again the Christiansburg Aquatic Center and Greenhouse Boardshop team up to host the ultimate Skatepark Showdown! Dust off your board and get ready to grind! Trophies and prizes will be awarded for multiple contests including: • Beginner Street Contest • Intermediate Street Contest • Advanced Street Street Contest • Best Trick Mini Ramp Contest • Best Trick 6 Stair Contest There is a $15.00 fee for competitors which includes a t-shirt. Spectators are free. Music will be provided by Virginia Tech Diggin' In The Crates. Bring your lawn chair. The Christiansburg Skate Park is located at 595 North Franklin Street in Christiansburg, VA next to the Christiansburg Aquatic Center.
