The Institute For Creativity, Arts, and Technology presents their 12th Annual ICAT Creativity and Innovation Day on Monday, April 29, 2024 at the Moss Arts Center.

The goal of the ICAT Creativity and Innovation Day is to engage and connect the public to the latest creative and innovative works of students and faculty members. Over 25 different experiences and projects from transdisciplinary courses, projects affiliated with ICAT, and community projects will be on display for the public. Topics include combinations of artificial intelligence (AI), immersive environments, neuroscience, sculpture, dance, music and game design. This space and time are provided to share across disciplines and build mutually beneficial relationships.

ICAT Day invites the Virginia Tech community and the public to experience these ongoing works and ask questions of the people making them possible.

Admission is free and open to the public.

Paid parking is available in the North End Parking Garage on Turner Street. Virginia Tech has also partnered with ParkMobile to provide a convenient, contactless electronic payment option for parking, which may be used at any parking meter, campus parking space, or lot with standard F/S, C/G, or R parking.

Following the event, there will be a reception from 2:30-3:30 PM inside The Cube located within the Moss Arts Center.
